Jan Von Bokel is teaching a one day watercolor class on landscape for the park district. The class will be held at the Hendelmeyer Building on Monday, January 10th from 6-9 P.M. Supplies will be provided. Cost of the class is $20. To register call the Effingham Park District.

Oil Painting I will again be taught by Becky Marcussen at the Kluthe Center in Effingham. The class is good for three hours of credit or may be audited. Seniors 65 or older may take one class per semester with a tuition waiver. The class meets on Monday and Wednesday from 8-10:30 AM f

The show was held November 4-November 29 in the new library on the campus of Lake Land College. EAG winners included Jan Von Bokel 1st place professional, Nick Walk 1st place and Honorable Mention amateur. Marcia Boroughs 3rd place and Chris Detwiler Honorable Mention.

Marie Moore and John Gabb have been accepted into the Biennial Show at the Tarble Art Center. This event runs through December in Charleston. The reception for the show is on Sunday, December 12.
