Dixie's Watercolor on Yupo

Dixie is a professional artist whose art studio is located in her home one mile west of Wheeler, Il. and 12 mile from Eff.
Dixie works mainly in watercolor on Yupo Paper with a technique that she has developed.  Dixie teaches her technique in the area.  She also does portrait work in pastels.  She is active in several art organizations through out Central Illinois.  She thinks that the arts are very important and hopes that every school system has access to music and the arts.
