The Effingham Art Guild is offering a workshop for area artists. On April 10th, 2010 a Watercolor & Ink workshop will be held with Larry Miller, of Palestine, IL. This will also be instructed at the Effingham Park District Building, 1906 S 4th, Effingham, IL (East of the Mall). Larry uses ink line to draw his architectural subject then paints with watercolor.
